Since its release in 2012, the AutoSim Sensor Simulator has proven extremely popular with both technicians and professional diagnosticians thanks to its user-friendly interface as well as the agreeable and reliable operation.

Eight years after the release of the original model, Ditex now presents the AutoSim Pro and with that, the second generation. Distinguished through its fully updated design and significant functional improvements and also by the fact that it is a very useful tool, the AutoSim Pro Sensor Simulator by Ditex is suited for application in both motor vehicles and lorries in a large number of work situations. This advanced sensor simulator creates an electrically equivalent system to simulate the sensors and actuators of a vehicle.

In general, the AutoSim Pro is a specialised signal generator for testing sensors, including lines and connections if installed. This way, you can determine whether a control device, a plug-in, a plug connection or a sensor is defective. This allows for an efficient error solution without having to replace parts haphazardly. A special feature of the device is the simple and intuitive operation via the function buttons. The display continuously shows the most important settings such as the current waveform, frequency, amplitude, offset, ramp time and pulse width.

Signal generator

With the most important signals: sine, square, traingle and ramps up to 20 kHz, the device is the ideal companion for experiments with components and sensors of all types as well as for analysing electric wiring circuits. You have full control of the output signal: peak-to-peak amplitude, frequency, work cycle and pulse width. A micro-controller sets the output voltage corresponding to the programmed curves in the range of 0 V to ± 12 V.

 

PWM

PWM generator for the dynamic control of vehicle actuators using pulse width modulation. The PWM generator function was specifically developed to control flaps, actuators, valves, injectors and smaller direct current motors. For generating a PWM signal with variable power up to 4 A.

 

Precise direct-current voltage source

The high-resolution direct-current voltage output function AutoSim Pro without static is the right choice when a precise direct-current voltage source is required. Its bipolar output provides up to ± 12 V with a resolution of 10 mV and a current of up to 35 mA.

 

Sensor-embedded presettings

Automotive sensor simulator with integrated, preset configurations for simulating of CKP Inductive, CKP Hall Effect, Lambda sensor zirconium oxide, Lambda sensor titanium dioxide and knock sensor. You can disconnect the sensor from the cable form, enter the signal into the cable form and observe the sighting telescope to determine if the PCM reacts positively.
