The Xtruck Y005 NOx Sensor Tester is a high-precision diagnostic tool designed to identify faults in NOx sensor modules and CAN bus communication systems. It is ideal for troubleshooting issues in diesel vehicles where NOx sensor or CAN line failures frequently occur.
Please note: This device was designed for and tested on sensors produced by Continental. Compatibility with sensors from other manufacturers is not guaranteed. Before purchasing this device, please check whether your NOx, PM or exhaust/AdBlue sensors were produced by Continental.
Features & compatibility:
- Compatible with 12V and 24V NOx sensors in cars and trucks
- Supports most european and asian models
- Detects defective NOx modules and CAN bus communication errors
Operating procedure:
- Connect one end of the main test cable to the device and the other to the NOx sensor via the test line
- Select “NOx Sensor Test” and choose either 12V or 24V
- Choose the corresponding vehicle model
- Click “Go” to initiate the test process
- The sensor heats up, and after 300 seconds, nitrogen and oxygen concentration values are displayed
If the NOx sensor is faulty, the tester will automatically display the corresponding diagnostic trouble code (DTC) after 5 minutes.
