Rental period:
- The rental period is 7 business days.
- The rental period starts on the day of delivery via the shipping service provider.
- The rental period ends when you hand over the package to the shipping service provider.
- For every subsequent rental day an additional 25.00 € net rental fee will be charged.
Process:
- Select whether you are going to use the rental device commercially or privately.
- Order the selected article here in the shop.
- After your order you will receive a rental contract via e-mail.
- Send us the signed rental contract to the following e-mail address: mail@pci-diagnosetechnik.de
- The device will not be shipped before we have received the signed contract.
Shipping outside of Germany:
- We will gladly ship the rental device outside of Germany after we have received a deposit.

GS-911 PC software
The software can be downloaded directly from the manufacturers download page and is free of charge for an undetermined amount of time, however at least 12 months. After the successful download, connect your GS-911 interface and start up the application. After installation, the licence of your GS-911 will be checked. The software language will then automatically be assigned (German or English). Software updates via download are free of charge for an undetermined amount of time, however at least 12 months.
