Significantly upgrade your AUDI A5 8T 8F with the useful driver information system.

Here we provide you with all required original parts for the simple installation of the driver information system.

With this, the right wiper lever is finally occupied with the buttons of your AUDIs bord computer - with this rocker switch, you can change the driver information system display in the instrument cluster / speedometer.

Please select if a cruise control system is built-in.

Retrofitting the original driver information system / bordcomputer is possible in all AUDI A4 8K, A5 8T 8F and Q5 8R models of all model years (pre Facelift + Facelift), all body designs and all trim levels.
- NOTE: In case you want to also retrofit the cruise control system, simply order our retrofit package for the cruise control system and mention during the ordering process that the steering-column switch with additional driver information system is to be provided as well.
- Of course, should your AUD already have a cruise control system built-in it will remain - we will provide the original lever with all 3 switches (indicator, cruise control, wiper with driver information system).
  - During the ordering process, please select if a cruise control system is built-in.
Should your AUDI have NO buttons on the right wiper lever for the bordcomputer, a driver information system is not yet built-in.
With this, a display of the average speed / average consumption / current consumption / distance so far etc. on 2 levels (duration counter and trip counter) is possible at any time.
The currently built-in speedometer / instrument cluster will remain untouched and will not be replaced since it is alread suited for the driver information system.
After the retrofit, finally, all important additional information will be displayed in the centre console.
For this retrofit, the steering-column switch will simply be replaced with the steering-column switch with driver information system function - no cable routing is required.
- The red / monochrome centre display will of course stay red / monochrome.
- The coloured centre display will of course stay coloured.
- Finally, you will get the new CAR menu point in your multimedia system "instrument cluster / bordcomputer".
  - No cable routing / wiring etc. is required.
